She is back for another year and she is better than ever. Peaches in syrup, jammy strawberry and a hint of jasmine, the ultimate expression of what to expect from Catarina Mendez.

Last year we were lucky enough to visit Chiapas and the 58 Tseltal women who grow this coffee, hearing first hand what they experience in a male dominated industry was eye-opening. We are excited to announce we have not one but two lots from the group this year. This one is tasting sweet and syrupy, a real crowd-pleaser.

Back in 2025 we had the pleasure of meeting David and the rest of the Flores family on their farm, Finca El Morito, high in the mountains of Cajamarca in the town of El Diamante. David has taken over running of the family's farms from his father, Faustino, a second generation coffee farmer, and through his management has transformed their production into some of Peru's finest.

A fermented washed coffee from Ebert Huaman at Finca Artemira in Cajamarca, Peru, grown from Caturra and Catuai. Orange, toffee, and almond notes make it classic, sweet, and balanced.

A mountain water decaf from producer communities in Frailesca, Chiapas, Mexico, made from Typica, Mundo Novo, Bourbon and Caturra. Creamy sweetness, Werther's Originals and red apple notes keep it comforting without the caffeine.

We’re excited to welcome back this wonderful coffee to the range, hailing from our favourite corner of Nicaragua, from our favourite sisters with our favourite profile. We are especially proud of the seventh year partnership we have with Martha and the team at Cafetos, and are as excited as ever to see their coffees return.

Osmin’s coffee was a favourite among the roastery team last year, it had that rare quality in a washed coffee which made it sparkle in the cup. Naturally we are ecstatic to see its return, this year with a more elegant profile, but still that familiar sparkle we have come to love so much.

Since 2017, Manuel Baca has been deeply involved in managing and improving the family farm, Finca Pacpa, in the Amazonas region of Peru. Coffee production is ingrained into this family's history, a fourth generation farmer himself and many of his relatives are coffee producers in their own right, so it comes as no surprise that this coffee is simply excellent.

It was during our trip to Guatemala in 2024 that we fortuitously met the Tinamit co-op at the Primavera dry mill, we fell in love with the producers of the group and their excellent coffees. This year the washed lot returns to us in the Trust range, where our buying is coordinated with our impact program in coffee producing regions.

Yeisson Calderon is the son of renowned coffee producer Luis Anibal Calderon, of Finca Betulia, running his own farm called El Vergel. Yeisson has coffee royalty running through his veins, and after leaving Huila to pursue a career in Bogota he returned to his rural roots on the farm.
