Our seasonal, all rounder espresso. Our community espresso changes three time a year, sourced from the same communities year after year. This one is a washed processed lot of field Arabica varieties produced by members of the A’xola Cooperative based in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region. Creamy body, milk chocolate & hazelnuts Great for espresso machines, mocha pots (stove-tops), Aeropress & cafetière. Delicious on its own and with milk.

Washed processed lot of Bourbon, Caturra & Pache varieties produced by Herminio Lopez at his El Carpintero in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region. Creamy body, brown sugar & yellow plum Great for espresso machines, mocha pots (stove-tops), Aeropress & cafetière. Delicious on its own and with milk.

Washed processed microlot of Pink Bourbon variety produced by the ACC Association based in Piendamó town, Colombia’s Cauca region. Juicy, lychee, redcurrant & honey Great for filter coffee brewing using V60 and other drip filter methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière. Best enjoyed black.

A funky anaerobic natural processed lot of local landrace and JACR 74110 and 74112 varieties produced by Bette Buna at their Megadu site in Guji region. Jammy body, blueberry jam, honey & mango Great for pourovers, drip filter machines, aeropress and cafetiere. Best enjoyed on its own.

Washed processed lot of local landrace and JARC varieties produced at Bookkisa processing site run by Sookoo Coffee in Ethiopia’s Guji region. Silky body, jasmine & tangerine Great for pourovers, drip filter machines, aeropress and cafetiere. Best enjoyed on its own.

“Black honey” processed lot of local landrace varieties produced at Lalesa processing site owned and run by the Ephtah coffee exporters team. Cherries are first left to oxidise for one day before being de-pulped and then dried on raised beds for 25 days. Jammy body, violet florals, blueberries & nectarines Great for pourovers, drip filter machines, aeropress and cafetiere. Best enjoyed on its own.

A year-round house espresso built from washed coffees grown by smallholders in the San Lorenzo indigenous reserve of Caldas, Colombia. Castillo and Colombia varieties give a syrupy cup with dark chocolate and plum depth.

Easy going, sweet filter with mellow adicity, selected and roasted for everyday sipping. A classic washed processed lot of field blend arabica varieties produced by the Tinamit Cooperative in Guatemala's Atitlan region. Creamy mouthfeel, yellow plum & milk chocolate Great for filter coffee brewing (V60 and other drip filter methods, Aeropress, Clever Dripper and cafetière).
