French Press
An immersion recipe with a full body, gentle texture and very little equipment overhead.
Immersion brewing is forgiving, but the final cup improves when you give the grounds time to settle before pouring. A coarse grind keeps the press clean and easy to drink.

Follow the pour, then taste
- 01Heat water to 93°C (200°F).
- 02Add 30g coarse ground coffee to press.
- 03Pour 500g water, stir gently.
- 04Steep for 4 minutes.
- 05Press plunger slowly, serve immediately.
